As promised, in this issue, I'm excited to share the highly requested and much-anticipated recipe for my lamb, beetroot, and feta sausage rolls. 🤗 While in the testing phase, I shared a preview of these beauties on Instagram, and the response was a resounding 'yes' for the recipe. These sausage rolls are a sure winner and could easily become your new go-to recipe. They’re pretty easy and straightforward to make, and they will be a definite crowd-pleaser. That’s it from me. I'm off to test a couple of new cookie recipes for Christmas (which is fast approaching!!). One of them is a divine, chewy, nutty florentine recipe with sour cherries. So delicious! And also squeeze in a Pilates workout while my one-year-old is napping 🥰.
