plus, an incredibly versatile salad + this week's things I'm loving (these chocolates for both giving and receiving)
I absolutely LOVE a blended veg pasta sauce, and this lush, green, and earthy pasta is a favourite. It's a new recipe I posted the other week that you may have missed. It's both satisfying and nourishing, and that vibrant green colour gets me every timeāso stunning.
It's a delicious way to incorporate more greens into your diet without compromising on flavour. Top it off with a sprinkle of freshly grated Parmigiano Reggiano and a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil, and you have a delicious, feel-good meal. A must-try!
In other news, Iāve been loving all the wonderful feedback from last issueās Black Forest-inspired cake. The IG post has been taking off over the last few daysābecause, letās be honest, who can resist a gorgeous, decadent cake? If you havenāt already, you need to add this one to your baking list, whether youāre making it for a special occasion or just because.

š Lush & Green Cavolo Nero (Tuscan Kale) Pasta
With the earthy taste of Tuscan kale, the bright zest of lemon, and a hint of garlic, this dish is both satisfying and nourishing. The recipe is straightforward and perfect for a busy weeknight. By blending the kale into a smooth sauce, you get a vibrant green pasta that's as beautiful as it is delicious.
Rigatoni or your favourite short pasta works wonderfully here, soaking up all the goodness of the sauce. With a few tweaks, this recipe can also easily fit into gluten-free and dairy-free diets. I also love to make a double batch and freeze half of it for another day, working smarter, not harder.
