My husband, Mike, coined the catchy title for this week's newsletter, and he's quite chuffed about it. 😁 Referring to the fact that in this edition, I'm thrilled to share this flavour-packed Spicy Buttered Corn with Manchego Cheese and Lime recipe. Since testing these, we're ruined for corn prepared any other way. This dish brings together the ultimate combination of sweet, salty, spicy, and cheesy elements for a side that steals the show. In this issue, I also have another colourful addition—a vibrant new salad that combines the sweetness of fresh peaches, the creaminess of avocado, and the zing of basil and lemon. It's served alongside perfectly cooked barramundi fillets with crispy skin. Both recipes you just have to try, and perfect for entertaining this holiday season.
