a good-for-you 'tiramisu' ✨

You just have to try today's new feature recipe: Tiramisu-ish Breakfast Puddings! 😍 I know, right!? This wholesome and delicious breakfast recipe feels indulgent but is actually full of nutrients. It's packed with rolled oats, flaxseeds, and creamy Greek yoghurt, all sweetened naturally with Medjool dates. Plus, there's a kick of espresso to start your morning.
Now, usually, I’m a basic Greek yoghurt, fresh fruit, and granola kinda gal, but I’ve been loving these. They're super easy to make. Just blend everything together, scoop into your favourite containers, top with yoghurt and cocoa powder, and let them chill in the fridge overnight. By the time you wake up, you’ll have a creamy, healthy, delicious breakfast ready to go.
In other news, this past week I made a guest appearance on Channel 10's 'Everyday Gourmet' with the beautiful Justine Scofield. I'm not too sure when the episodes are airing, but I'll keep you in the loop.
